I've slept on my stomach ever since i have can thoughts. Even though I have heard that many people advise that sleeping upon stomach is not the best position, it just seemed to get results for me. Website I attempted to change my sleeping position but I simply ended up frustrated and losing sleep time. However, I was starting to be aware of that although my body was used to sleeping on my small stomach, I'd personally wake i'll carry on with a sore neck and back.
